Article 1: Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) aim to define the terms of sale for the online training courses offered by Smart Concept LLC(hereinafter "the Seller") to any individual or entity (hereinafter "the Client").

Article 2: Acceptance of the T&Cs Purchasing an online training course implies the Client's full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. These T&Cs take precedence over any other documents.

Article 3: Offers and Pricing The online training offers are presented on the [systeme.io] website. Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, with the understanding that the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

Article 4: Order To place an order, the Client must follow the steps outlined on the [systeme.io] website. The order is only considered final after the full payment has been received by the Seller.

Article 5: Payment Payment for the training courses is made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the [systeme.io] website. Payment information is secured and encrypted.

Article 6: Delivery of Training Courses After payment confirmation, the Client receives access to the online training platform via a username and password. This access is personal and non-transferable.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. This period begins from the conclusion of the contract.

Exception for digital content: Under Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium if the execution has begun with the Client's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By confirming their order, the Client agrees that the service will begin immediately after the order is confirmed and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

Article 8: Intellectual Property The contents of the training courses, whether textual, visual, or audio, are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of the training contents is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Seller.

Article 9: Liability The Seller cannot be held liable for service interruptions or technical failures preventing access to the online training courses. The Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Article 10: Protection of Personal Data The personal data collected during the order process is necessary for processing the order. It is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the [systeme.io] website.

Article 11: Applicable Law and Disputes These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before bringing the matter to the competent courts.

Article 12: Modification of the T&Cs The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The new T&Cs will apply to orders placed after they are published on the [systeme.io] website. By confirming their order, the Client acknowledges that they have read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale.
